heirloom tomato breakfast bagels: Good morning! We’re starting the day with a delicious breakfast that Adam has been making since he was a kid. Toast your favorite bagel until golden and crispy, spread goat cheese or cream cheese (vegan if desired) and top it with chopped tomatoes, fresh basil, sliced red onion, green olives, a pinch of sea salt, and lots of fresh ground pepper.
